Magnolia Yoga & Wellness Center is a project of Christian Relief Services Charities, Inc,. a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization interested in promoting community support and wellbeing through trauma informed yoga, integrative healing modalities and professional trauma informed trainings to support other organizations nationwide.

We have teamed up with like-minded caring & compassionate practitioners to bring our community a variety of holistic health practices. Our offerings are intended to support individuals toward their journey of self-discovery, interpersonal growth, health, and wellbeing.

As a collective we offer mental health counseling, acupuncture, massage therapy, reflexology, a trauma informed eastern based yoga studio, professional training, workshops, a plant-based café and much more. Come check us out!

Concept Of Operations

The 1st floor:

Our Center is divided into two floors. The first floor houses a plant-based café (The Goodway Café), that focuses on bringing the community a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, refreshing drinks and nourishing dishes that are filled with plant-based nutrients.

On the first floor you will also find the unique Magnolia Yoga studio, a trauma informed yoga space that specializes in offerings that promote mind-body connection that aid to regulate the nervous system to optimize overall wellbeing.

The 2nd floor:

The second floor consist of various wellness professionals. Each professional operates their own business within Magnolia Yoga & Wellness Center. All of the services therefore have their own fee and sign-up structure established by each individual provider.

Lorena Castiglione, MS, LMHC, RYT 800

Executive Director

Lorena obtained her Master of Science in Mental health Counseling from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ in 2017 , and specializes in the treatment of trauma and anxiety disorders. In addition to being a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Lorena is also a certified RYT-800 and yoga therapist candidate.

Emma Koi, MMus, RYT200

My first exposure to yoga was in an Iyengar Yoga course as an undergraduate dance and music major at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the early 2000’s. What started as a required course for my degree turned into a refuge in my daily life.

Daffne Reyes

Program Assistant, RYT-200

Daffne is a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience supporting underserved communities through her work in non-profit . She is a strong advocate for mental health, especially among those affected communities.
